The California Implant Institute reserves the right to a program cancellation and will not be responsible for expenses incurred by registrant.

In case of cancellation by the registrant, a refund will be issued, less the $ 390.00 administration fee, if the cancellation is made no later than 4 weeks prior to the program date.
