  • "I have done many surgeries since the course ended and I know that I wouldn't have been able to avoid major and minor mistakes if I didn't take this Fellowship program at the California Implant Institute! Implant treatment is very much an all or none sort of a field. There is no getting your feet wet, you have to dive right in! I've taken surgery to a whole new level, and I've been able to do things that I wouldn't have dreamed of doing had it not been for the course. Dr Faraje shows you the "what" as well as the "why and the how come" of every procedure step by step. There is no "because I said so!", there is reasoning behind every step. And every step is supported by sound reasoning as well as literature. This helps you come up with your own treatment plans and expands your options of treatment tremendously! I feel much more confident talking to patients about implant dentistry than compared to a year ago! Dr Faraje has the practical knowledge of a specialist in both the surgical as well as the prosthetic end- I seriously doubt either a prosthodontist or an oral surgeon would know more about implant dentistry). I found his notes to be concise and all encompassing. I get the feeling that he genuinely is concerned that we do it right once we got back home! "
